Data we collect

Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure one-way hash).
Learning data: courses you enrol in, lesson progress, assessment answers and results, comments you post, and certificates issued to you.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs, used for security (for example rate limiting and preventing abuse).

How we use it

To provide your account, track your progress and issue certificates in your name.
To send account emails (welcome, enrolment, certificate, password changes).
To keep the platform secure and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and third-party services

Essential cookies keep you logged in and protect video lessons. They are required for the site to work.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that forms are submitted by people, not bots.
Google Analytics collects usage statistics (pages visited, device type, approximate location) on public pages using cookies. You can block it with your browser settings or an ad blocker.

How long we keep data

When you delete your account (Profile → Delete account), or when an account inactive for 60 days is deleted, all of its data is permanently removed — including certificates.

Your rights

You can update your name and password in your profile. To request a copy of your data or the deletion of your account, email support@nnpsolutionz.com.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
